Midas Touch were one of many bands in the late 80s who sounded like the early thrash metal that Metallica performed. They released one album through Noise Records before breaking up. Front man Patrik Wirén later joined the groundbreaking industrial metal band Misery Loves Co.. The band was formed in 1985 and the album was produced by Roy Rowland.
