Rooted deeply in a the realm of cosmology and a bluntly atheistic, hopelessly bleak vision of humanity’s dependence on religious faith, the band has continued its firm stance with a tight-fisted grip on the idea that God is nothing but a terminal disease and when people reach the end of this pitiful existence and die, they’re dead…and absolutely nothing more than that.
